The cashier is the payment hub of a Wintino casino account. Funding the balance, requesting a payout, entering a coupon, checking history, and managing saved payment methods all happen here. It sits behind login. On a phone, the same link is in the menu.
You cannot open the cashier without being logged in. An unverified account can deposit, and it will be asked to finish verification before the first payout clears. Accounts are in US dollars.
The deposit tab

Deposits credit instantly except bank transfer, which follows the banking network. If an instant deposit has not appeared within a few minutes, do not send it again. Check history first, then contact support with the reference.
The withdrawal tab
Choose the method, enter the amount, and confirm. The amount is ring-fenced immediately. It then sits pending for up to 48 hours while the account, the bonus status, and the documents are checked. You can cancel during that window and put the money back into the playable balance. After approval, e-wallets and crypto usually arrive the same day to 24 hours later. Cards and bank transfers take 1 to 5 business days.
Coupon codes
Enter the code exactly as published, before you confirm a deposit. 15NDB works. 15 NDB does not. Codes are not case sensitive. One bonus runs at a time. Some payment methods are excluded from a match, and the exclusion is shown next to the offer. No deposit codes credit automatically when you redeem them.

Filter by date and by type. Support can supply a formal statement if you need one for your own records.
Fees and saved methods
Wintino does not charge a deposit fee, or a withdrawal fee on standard methods. Your bank, your wallet, or the blockchain sometimes does. Saved cards hold a processor reference plus the last four digits and the expiry. You can remove a saved method at any time. Removing it does not affect a payment already in flight.
